This article was about breading cats and dogs in pet shops.
The average price of a pet (cat or dog) from a pet shop is $2, 240. Also the government is going to limit the amount of cats and dogs and the amount of kittens/puppies in a lifetime. Furthermore the government wants Victoria to be the first to ban puppies and kittens from pet shops unless they are rescued. I now understand how important it to adopt from RSPCA or any adoption centres. I also understand how much money pets from the pet shop are compared to adopting is around $100.Finally I question why don’t pet shops have rescued pets?
