This video was about what dreams are.

We dream for 2 hours each might that’s 6 hours of our life. Ancient Egyptians believed that dreams where messages sent from the goods to special people when they sleep. Dreaming mostly takes place when we are at the deepest stage of our sleep and our brain movement increases  it is called rapid eye movement or rem in this stage our brain activity increases and we can mimic being awake. I now understand how we dream and why this happens. I also understand the history of dreams. Is there certain time we dream?

Story:

I was seating a sandwich to be specific a ham cheese lettuce and tomato sandwich, when there was an energetic call form my sister. I hurried up the stairs looking in every room for her. I found her sitting on the floor of my bedroom playing with a white toy that was moving that was strange it had not moved in years. “I found a battery and put it in,” my sister said very enthusiastically. “That’s amazing,” I said and went back down stairs to finish off my lunch. That was weird I thought and went to continue my amazing lunch.

This video was about coral bleaching.

The skeleton of the coral is polyps popping out of the holes and eating food that floats past. But the coral is not alone in the holes which turns sunlight in to food for the coral.  Algae is temperature sensitive and if it is to hot the agile leave and the coral starve.  I now understand how agile is important to coral. I also understand how the coral becomes white. How long will it take to fix this problem?

This video was about the history of electricity.

It was roughly 600BC when the ancient Greeks discovered that rubbing fur against amber creates static electricity. In 1800 an Italian physicist Alessandro Volta made the first electrochemical battery, Voltaic Pile. The battery used special chemicals that break apart and release electrons. In 1881 a small town call surrey in the U.K became the first city in the world to be lit with electricity. I now understand the history of electricity. I also understand where in the world electricity started. What was the last city to get electricity?

A man in a ln black clock walked in a park on a snowy winter day he stopped at the tree and started to whisper at it suddenly he froze and did not move for several minutes there was a sudden movement then the colour drained from his face he pulled the hood over his face and brought his arms together. The man still had feelings in his own head and could here people’s conversations in the park but could not speak or move. The children loved the man they would hall him a friend but he could not reply.

This video was about why we recycle and what we can recycle.

All things in our recycling bin is made from precious resources. In the 1800s there where mills which turned recycled rags into paper by the 20’s there where waster paper collections services collecting from homes and businesses we also recycled meatal glass and fabric. From 1996 to 2015 Australian population has risen by 25% and our waste by 170% but now be recycle 58% more than ever. I now understand how important it is that we recycle. I also understand how not recycling can hurt the environment. What percent of our weekly rubbish I recycling.

Story:

Knock knock on the door mum was home from puppy school with the puppy dad was feeding my little brother and my younger brother was at a party. I was playing Lego on the floor of my bedroom when I remembered mum said to pack it all up before she came home but where would I hide it all?  I saw my bed and my sister’s bed. I picked up the Lego and put it on our beds. Mum came in I gave the puppy a big pat mum came in to my room “why is Lego on the bed.”

This text was about the Uluru climbing ban.

Up until the 80’s this big red rock was known as Ayres rock. It was named by Premier south Australia explores who came across it in the 1800’s it has been around longer than that. In 1985 it was officially named Uluru because it was sacred to aborigines. You used to be able to climb Uluru but now it is banned. I now understand the true history of Uluru. I also understand why we stopped climbing it.  What year did we start to climb Uluru?

Story:

I was walking though the city after school to get home it was really busy and crowded as it always was in December. I took photo to show mum dad and Lilly when I got home I went to look at the photo on my camera and I noticed that the people closest to the camera where fading I looked again they were not fading I cleaned the lens with mu coat I took another picture sill the same I sat at a seat in front of a busy shop trying to figure why this was happening to my camera.
