This video was about using technology before bed.

Sleep works by a part of your brain acting like a clock which detects the brightness of light. When it’s dark your brain tells another part of your body to realise melatonin which makes you sleepy if there is lighter your body reduces the amount of melatonin. it is important to sleep well so we can concentrate learn and remember. I now understand why we should not use technology before bed. I also understand how we sleep and why we need sleep. Who found out that technology interrupts our sleep?

I was walking through the park and I saw two large footsteps and one smaller shoe. I wondered what had made the foot prints and where the shoe came from. I continued my walk through the park. On my way I saw a young boy making large foot prints with what looked like a piece of wood taped to his shoe then I thought that was what made the two foot prints but what left the shoe. I continued my walk again, then I spotted it the last piece to my puzzle, a girl walking without one of her shoes.
